About

Too young to be a 90s baby. Too old to be an ipad kid. Ahhh, Just right.
I was born August 27th, 2003 in Western North Carolina. My family moved around a lot, but we never strayed more than 30 minutes from my hometown, Asheville, North Carolina. In the Asheville area, I saw both the simple pleasures of rural western Appalachia and the urban growth of the region's only major city. This has, I like to think, fed my nuance as an adult, always exposed to the plurality of views and ideas that move our lives in a global, local world.

Aided by the unrelenting support of my parents, who never doubted or questioned my dreams or goals, I was empowered to take every opportunity before me, always calling WNC home, but never feeling trapped there.

After attempting to become an actor in 2016, I got interested in politics, and started my first podcast Under the Stars in October of 2018. Between 2016 and 2020 I worked on my first book, Broken America, which was independently published later that year through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing.

I have been writing and making content since then, and have honed in on my writing skills in particular.
I attended a semester at the George Washington University in Washington DC, before returning home after debilitating costs.

In February of 2023, I started my second politics podcast The Adults Are Speaking, an interview show where I speak to various guests about the state of American politics, particularly focusing on the area my guest was an expert in, and from the perspective of Generation Z.

I transferred to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte as a sophomore in the Fall of 2023, where I'm majoring in Political Science and minoring in Journalism.

Continuing my writing experience, I have published three more political science/commentary books since Broken America, and have continued to write numerous articles and essays on my account on Medium.

I was a contributing opinions writer for The GW Hatchet in 2022-23, and have been a writer for The Niner Times since 2023.
